Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were wonderstruck. Mine were- in both good and not-so-good ways. Overall, more good than not. Yet, there are some things that are out of balance.
I don't know about you, but I'm trying to get my house back to some sense of normal. We still have decorations to put away and routine cleaning that fell off routine.
I have a new computer (thanks to my wonderful husband) to replace my dying computer and now I have to transfer files and learn how to use Windows 8 after being a Mac girl for the past, oh, 12 years or so. Aaack! (I'll let you know how that goes.)
And speaking of my wonderful husband, he's been sick off and on for a long time and it reached a new peak right after Christmas. Nothing serious, but we need to get him better.
It's time to restore some order. Time to get back in balance.
While I work on all this stuff in my home life, I'll be taking a bit of a bloggy break. Yes, I know, I've already been absent since Christmas. Now I need some restorative time. Time to be with my family, attentively. Time to put the house back together, purposefully. Time to be present in this one life, wholly.
I could continue to post here while doing that, but I fear I would be rushing junk posts up for the sake of having something written. I don't want to waste your time. You, too, have a life and I want you to live it.
That being said, Live Wonderstruck is officially on break. Rest assured I will return. It may be a few weeks. I'm not yet ready to put a time frame on it, but I will definitely be returning to this magical, wonderstruck place. There is much left to do here.
In the meantime, I will probably post from time to time on Facebook, so make sure you are following me there.
See you in a few weeks!
